SMS PRIVACY NOTICE

Note: This Policy is for SMS Only - This does not supersede Arcallon’s Privacy Policy available on our website here. Arcallon values your privacy and makes every effort to respect your communication needs and personal information. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy for the use of our SMS package service. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and manage your phone numbers.
1. COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS
We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, upon being part of a production utilizing Arcallon’s services. These are when a digital signature is needed on file, or when your production requests the ability to communicate call times, timecard approvals, and any other important information necessary. You can confirm and opt in to receive these SMS messages by clicking on the link that will be provided for you upon your credentials entered into our system.
2. USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS
Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with personalized services (call times), any updates, and payroll information for approvals. These text messages may relate to our products, services, or any updates that are necessary to send during your productions. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. We use Twilio to send all SMS communications to users who have opted in. Please view Twilio's privacy policy here with information on how they use user information.
3. OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS from your productions, you can opt out by texting the number “STOP” and you will be removed from the production’s outgoing messages.
Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from Arcallon or your production.
4. PRIVACY OF PHONE NUMBERS
Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.
5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our site.
